As a part of Media Art Social Network and Web Design are an important part of our studies. Students will go to WIX.COM a free web design host and create a web page to develop a web page. This is a very user friendly and secure web design (HTML editor) that is secure. Students will create the web page and present class work completed in Media Art Class on this web site as their Final Project Assignment.

 

ASSIGNMENT 1 - Introduction to Web Page Design : Students will create a page for all future projects as assigned. Web page will be set up using WIX in class. Set up a HOME page.

ASSIGNMENT 2 - Introduction : This is an opportunity to explain your interest in Media Art. Why are you taking this class? What previous experience do you have in Visual Art? Computers? What computer experience do you have? What would you like to achieve in this class? What are your goals for computer classes in the future? Game Design? Graphic Design? Photography? Web Design?

 

ASSIGNMENT 3 - Portraits : Choose one of your Photobooth or photoshopped self portraits.
